Welcome to Ratton Rangers Club.
The Chairman, management, staff and officials of Ratton Rangers Football Club understand that children participate in football to have fun. If children don’t have fun playing football, they’ll soon leave the sport.
We never forget that the game of football is just that - a game. Its success at youth level is not judged by how many wins and losses are accumulated or how many trophies are collected, nor how many goals we score or concede. It’s all about children enjoying the ‘beautiful game’ and at the same time, learning and developing both football and life skills.
We believe football development requires children to be coached through age appropriate activities so they are able to experience, comprehend, and execute the game as it relates to where they are at their own stage of physical and mental development. Learning the techniques of the game through a variety of fun games where players have as much with a ball as possible and learn at their own rates.
Ratton Rangers is committed to Sports in football ensuring we have fairness and respect for all people and providing equality of and opportunity so that everyone can participate in ‘the game’ irrespective of their age, gender, ability, race, religion, ethnic origin, creed, colour, social status or sexual orientation by providing a genuine and equal opportunity for all to participate in the sport at all levels and in all roles, whether as a player, coach, official, manager, administrator or spectator.
